Job Description


Role Title: Senior Executive Customer Ordering & Booking
Function: COCM

Role Summary

The Senior Customer Ordering & Booking plays a critical role in managing moderatetocomplex customer orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and complete readiness for downstream delivery and billing. This role acts as a focal point for internal stakeholders to resolve orderrelated exceptions and supports continuous improvements in the order creation process.


Key Responsibilities


Order Validation & Booking

  • Perform detailed duediligence on customer orders for accuracy, feasibility, and commercial correctness
  • Validate product configurations, pricing references, service IDs, customer addresses, and contract details
  • Book orders into core systems (SRT/SAP/Salesforce) ensuring readiness for delivery teams

Customer Documentation & Governance

  • Conduct compliance checks on legal documents, MSAs, SOWs, and commercial approvals
  • Verify approvals for special pricing, exceptions, or waivers
  • Enforce internal governance and Q2B standards

Exception Management & Issue Resolution

  • Resolve order discrepancies, incomplete information, and mismatched data
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Delivery, SupplyChain, and Billing to clarify open items
  • Act as the escalation point for entrylevel analysts

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Maintain accurate order trackers, SLA dashboards, and daily operational reports
  • Provide insights on aging orders, rejected orders, and recurring defects
  • Support process improvement initiatives to reduce order fallout, rework, and cycle time

Required Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in telecom order management or similar operations
  • Strong knowledge of order systems (SRT, QTB, Salesforce, SAP)
  • Ability to analyze commercial documents and ensure governance adherence
  • Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and troubleshooting ability
