- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Motor Insurance
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Agency Channel
- 45 years experience in Team Handling (mandatory)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager Motor Insurance (Agency Channel) who will be responsible for building, managing, and driving performance of a team of insurance advisors/agents to achieve motor insurance sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, channel development, and business growth capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
- Drive motor insurance business through the agency channel
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support
- Build strong relationships with agents and partners to ensure business growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
- Conduct field visits and market development activities
