Position: GenAI Engineer with Backend Experience (4 to 7 years experience)
Key Responsibilities
AI Integration: Python core Development exp
- Embed Generative AI models into backend workflows and customer-facing products.
- Work with AI frameworks, APIs, and orchestration tools to deliver AI-first solutions.
Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python and microservices architectures.
- Build robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and services for enterprise-scale applications.
Architecture & Standards:
- Ensure seamless integration of AI into existing enterprise backend architectures.
- Follow organization-wide AI-first development guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices sharing.
Required Skills & Experience
- AI Integration Experience:
- Practical experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or enterprise-grade equivalents).
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph for agent orchestration.
- Experience building AI-driven APIs and services in production.
- Backend Engineering:
- Strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
Nice-to-Have
- Understanding of compliance, security, and governance in AI-integrated systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in large-scale enterprise environments.
