Position : Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Only Immediate Joiner)
Experience : 4 to 7 years
Location : Bangalore (Marathahalli)
Education : BE / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc
Job Type : On Role (Full Time)
Shift : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (5 days working)
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer who can design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions and lead technical implementation for enterprise-grade applications. The role involves building LLM-based systems, agentic AI workflows, NLP/OCR pipelines, RAG architectures and deploying scalable AI models on cloud.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business workflows into AI automations, lead feature delivery and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI/ML solutions using classical ML, deep learning and Generative AI.
- Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents and vector DB integrations.
- Implement NLP/OCR pipelines for extracting information from emails, documents, calls etc.
- Architect scalable AI workflows and automation on cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Develop APIs, data pipelines and CI/CD workflows for ML model deployment.
- Evaluate new AI tools/techniques and integrate them into existing systems.
- Mentor junior team members and support pilots, demos & documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong Python programming (NumPy, Pandas)
- Experience with ML/DL frameworks PyTorch / TensorFlow / HuggingFace / LangChain
- LLM fine-tuning & chatbot development
- RAG, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma etc.)
- NLP & OCR pipeline development
- MLOps CI/CD, model deployment & monitoring
- Cloud experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Good to Have
- CRM/ERP integrations (SAP / Zoho / Salesforce)
- Conversational AI frameworks (Rasa / Dialogflow)
- RPA automation exposure (UiPath / Blue Prism)
- SSO integrations (Google Workspace / Okta / Azure AD)
