Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage sales operations and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
