Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable (AR) calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, communicating with healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.
Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) software to process claims accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of all AR calls, denials, and follow-ups in a timely manner.

Job Requirements :

2-8 years of experience in AR calling or similar role within the US healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
