Role Summary:
Core Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions, incorporating best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives and IT goals.
- Technical Governance: Enforce development standards, manage platform health, and oversee upgrades and patching strategies.
- Integration & Automation: Lead the development of integrations (Integration Hub, APIs) and AI-powered solutions (Now Assist, NLU). Mercedes-Benz +4
Required Skills & Experience
- Platform Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, CSM).
- Development Knowledge: Proficiency in complex scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) and UI frameworks.
- Leadership: Experience leading geographically separated or onshore/offshore teams and providing architectural guidance.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical strategies to C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders. ServiceNow +7
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Multiple ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles from design to deployment.
