Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
- Ensure adherence to established design systems, branding guidelines, and UI standards
- Optimize user experience through continuous iteration based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain documentation of design processes, guidelines, and assets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- professional experience in UI/UX design or related roles
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
- Working knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
