Job Description

Min. Exp.-1-5 years of exp. as a Quality Analyst with International BPO Exp. with hands on exp.(Mandatory)
Skills with CallMiner, Nexidia, NICE, Verint etc.
Advanced skills in Microsoft apps such as Excel (charts, formulas, macros), PowerPoint&Visio.

Required Candidate profile

Job Location - Andheri - Mumbai
Shift - US shift with 5 days working (sat&Sun fixed off)
Min. Qualification - HSC
Candidate should have laptop or desktop.
Candidate should have exp. From International bpo.
Candidate should have excellent comms. Skill
