Docsis Testing Engineer @ Think People Solutions

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DOCSIS Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in testing DOCSIS-based systems and strong knowledge of cable broadband technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, system, and regression testing for DOCSIS-based solutions
• Validate provisioning, configuration, and performance of DOCSIS protocols
• Work with Cable Modems (CM) and CMTS systems
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and report defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in DOCSIS testing
• Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, SNMP)
• Experience with tools like Wireshark
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
