Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the project sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of success.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.

  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.


Job Requirements



  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the paints or coatings industry.

  • Strong understanding of the project sector and its dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with sales software and technology is an advantage.
