Role & responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Find prospects via events, data mining, referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Prospect Qualification: Evaluate potential franchisees' capability, credibility, and commitment.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present the franchise model, explain the value proposition, and close deals, meeting acquisition/revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Training: Manage the full process from documentation to initial training and support.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Develop growth strategies, provide market feedback, track competitors, and report on performance.
  • Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Sales, B2B, or franchise development experience in financial service industry.
  • Skills: Negotiation, communication, relationship building, strategic planning, data analysis, and strong presentation.
  • Attributes: Self-discipline, ambition, goal-orientation, and willingness to travel.
