Sourcing and should costing of EV transmission parts in passenger car segment. The role involves supplier development, APQP handling, and localization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier identification, selection & audits
RFQ management, cost analysis & negotiations
Should costing of transmission components
Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities
Manage tooling development & supplier industrialization
Drive localization and ensure project timelines
