Sourcing and should costing of EV transmission parts in passenger car segment. The role involves supplier development, APQP handling, and localization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier identification, selection & audits
• RFQ management, cost analysis & negotiations
• Should costing of transmission components
• Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities
• Manage tooling development & supplier industrialization
• Drive localization and ensure project timelines
