Job Description

Job Title: Service Delivery Delivery Operations Representative (Data Entry New Associate)


Experience: 0-1 Years
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (Extendable based on performance)
Location: Sector 21, Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Home
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM (Evening Shift)


Roles and Responsibilities

* Process policy administration tasks such as endorsements, renewals, and policy issuance transactions with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
* Analyze policy data, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
* Support process improvements and maintain high service standards for clients and stakeholders.


Required Skills


  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work in shift-based environment (evening shift)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
