Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales operations across various marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and images
- Handle inventory updates and stock management
- Process and track orders on a daily basis
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely dispatch
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
- Run promotional campaigns and offers
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Maintain high accuracy in product listings
- Ensure minimum 95% stock availability
- Achieve timely order processing
- Improve conversion rates and sales performance
- Maintain good seller ratings and customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements
