Own end-to-end product implementation from requirements to go-live
Configure solutions, manage data migration & support UAT
Lead client workshops, training & seamless onboarding
Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Support teams
Be the primary SPOC for clients during implementation

Eligibility:
Bachelors degree (CS / IT / Business or related)
SaaS/HRMS implementation experience
Agile / PMP / Scrum certification (preferred)
