Job Description

Urgent requirement for Legal Associate with exp of 0-6yrs

1. Litigation Support:

• Knowledge of Civil Cases, Consumer Cases, Intellectual Property matters, and Cheque Bounce Cases
• Preparation of case notes and summaries of case facts
• Coordination with advocates and legal counsel
• Attending court hearings and assisting in case follow-ups

OR

2. Legal Documentation:

• Drafting and vetting of agreements, deeds, and other legal documents
• Ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in documentation

OR

3. Property Due Diligence:

• Conducting title due diligence for urban and rural properties
• Verifying legal ownership, encumbrances, and related property documents

Additional Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Good typing speed
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

• LLB / Bachelors Degree in Law (mandatory)
