Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional from leading stock broking companies to head our HNI Desk and drive growth within our premium client segment.


Location: Coimbatore.

Experience: 10-15 years in HNI/UNHI Acquisition.


Client Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect
  • Build strong presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, professionals)

Revenue Ownership & Business Growth

  • Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.
  • Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors
  • Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture.

Client Relationships & Advisory

  • Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients.
  • Deliver tailored investment strategies and market insights.

Advisory Excellence & Research Integration

  • Drive a research-led advisory approach across the team
  • Leverage fundamental and technical insights for high-conviction ideas.

Cross-Sell & Wealth Integration

  • Drive adoption of wealth products (MFs, PMS/AIF, structured products, insurance)
  • Improve client wallet share and product penetration.

Market Presence & Thought Leadership

  • Represent the organization in client forums and market interactions
  • Build strong external credibility and brand presence in the HNI segment
