Job Description

Responsible for cash/credit tariff of the hospital and Updating price master in HIS after proper approval/validation.
Responsible for doctor incentive/pay-out on monthly or periodic basis and raising the issues if any.
Monitoring the IP and OP billing process and ensuring the compliance.
Designing and hard coding the new investigations/surgery /packages after proper bench mark analysis with neighbouring hospitals.
Attending and replying for the audit related queries.
Meeting the consultant on regular basis to understand the issues involved in the price master.
Revenue leakage control by reviewing process on random sampling basis at regular intervals.

Audit of discounts documents to ensure proper approvals are being obtained for both IP & OP.
