Assistant Billing Manager @ Aster DM Healthcare

Job Description

• Responsible for cash/credit tariff of the hospital and Updating price master in HIS after proper approval/validation.
• Responsible for doctor incentive/pay-out on monthly or periodic basis and raising the issues if any.
• Monitoring the IP and OP billing process and ensuring the compliance.
• Designing and hard coding the new investigations/surgery /packages after proper bench mark analysis with neighbouring hospitals.
• Attending and replying for the audit related queries.
• Meeting the consultant on regular basis to understand the issues involved in the price master.
• Revenue leakage control by reviewing process on random sampling basis at regular intervals.

Audit of discounts documents to ensure proper approvals are being obtained for both IP & OP.
