Job Description

Corp Travel Mgmt. Specialist
Position Overview : The role of a Travel Specialist is to book airfares, car, hotel, and Amtrak for eCW employees or to give them the best possible option keeping eCW travel policies in mind. To verify the expenses and the proofs produced post the completion of the trip in-order to ensure smooth reimbursement process.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

Airfare, Hotel, Car, and Amtrak booking with best prices.
To review if the booking is in accordance with the company policy & if not, then suggest the best option.
To get a proper reason or team lead approval in case traveler is not agree with the best option suggested.
Report any policy violation or early departure or schedule mismatch or preferred vendor has not been selected.
Communicate through emails and calls, in case of queries.

Experience/Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.
IATA certification will be an added advantage
Minimum 1 year of Air ticketing experience is required.
1 Year of International ticket booking is preferred.
