Job Description:
A RPA Team Lead/Sr. Developer with 8+ years of core technical experience in Robotic Process Automation. A minimum of 9+ years of IT experience in .net development AND RPA implementation. At least 4-5 RPA project (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed in UiPath & Kofax. Knowledge on RPA specific Infrastructure related activities and tasks. Prior Client facing experience.
Technical Skills :
1. An experienced techie with strong understanding on RPA lifecycle and hands on working on Kofax RPA tool
2. Very good knowledge and exposure to Kofax Design Studio 11.3 version, Roboserver and Management console, Liscence management, User & Role management, Capacity/KCU management, Kapplet creation & Deployment.
3. Ability to design and solution process tasks to automate
4. Provide technical solution and mentor the team
5. Ability to do code reviews and work closely with the team to adhere to Kofax best practices
6. Experience developing web solutions using C# .Net.
7. Experience in VB/VBA/PowerShell/C#.
8. Expertise in JavaScript programing.
9. Knowledge on TFS/GIT
10. Knowledge on JIRA
11. Expertise in at least one core language or technology (.Net, python), significant experience in a second area
12. Expertise in UI libraries and frameworks. Significant experience in non-web-based systems and integration and scripting or automation systems.
13. Expertise in APIs, web services, integration technologies
14. Expertise with at least one relevant container or deployment framework, significant experience and knowledge overall
15. Expertise with various computer platforms (including windows/mac and unix/linux) and diagnosis of application issues tied to host, network, or other facilities.
16. Significant Experience with development tools source control, ticket management, defect management, development IDEs.
17. Expertise with at least one mainstream database system and appropriate Postgress-SQL. Experience on more than one data store system. Knowledge of non-relational data systems.
18. Experience with virtual machines, container-based deployments, thick vs thin applications and micro services
19. Significant experience with performance tuning, secure software practices, and security analysis and remediation
20. Demonstration of leadership at a technical and professional level
21. Demonstration of critical communication skills including ability to communicate complex issues in writing and capture important
details and trends of information in graphical or bullet forms
22. Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and configurations
23. Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Kofax functionalities
