Job Description
Designation- Lab Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To manage all operations of the laboratories
- To ensure delivering the customer delight experience at the lab.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results. Conduct regular audits and proficiency testing, and address any issues or discrepancies. Coordination for general repair and maintenance of present Infrastructure including monitoring day-to-day upkeep of lab
- Lab Audits & Biometrics / CCTV /Phone lines / Mystery calls / Registration Monitoring /Data Extraction and evaluation of Profit / Loss of Labs
- Accountable for improving customer experience and customer retention in labs by developing and mentoring the lab staff experience.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualification: DMLT, BMLT & Bvoc MLT
- Experience: 4+ Years
