Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.Monitor and maintain system health using observability and monitoring tools.
Scripting must be Python , Powershell and shellWork on SRE principles to improve reliability, availability, and performance of applicationsProvide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.Monitor and maintain system health using observability and monitoring tools.
Scripting must be Python , Powershell and shellWork on SRE principles to improve reliability, availability, and performance of applications.Track and maintain MTTR, SLA, SLI, and SLO metrics.Troubleshoot issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers.Support Actimize (AIS / AML) applications and associated components.
Perform Linux system troubleshooting including logs, services, and performance issues.Manage and troubleshoot application servers such as WebSphere and Tomcat.Diagnose network-related issues including protocol-level troubleshooting.
Monitor applications using OpenSearch / Elasticsearch dashboards.Support and troubleshoot container platforms like OpenShift.Troubleshoot infrastructure components including NetScaler and VMware.Automate operational tasks using Ansible and scripting.Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.Networking fundamentals -Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, etc.)AgileComplex problem solving skills
