Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization in attracting top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
