Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services to existing customers.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

0-12 years of experience in Any voice process, customer support, sales, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international voice processes effectively.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
