TP  Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle international customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling of relevant products/services to existing customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • 0-12 years of experience in Any voice process, customer support, sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international voice processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
