Job Description

HIRING FOR PROJECT MANAGER - IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS NOTICE PERIOD


REQUIRED - GOOD STABILITY, MINIMUM 7+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, 2 YEARS IN TEAM MANAGEMENT, CORE PMO ROLE


(Should be flexible with shift timings)


Project Management & Execution

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Monitor project performance using appropriate methodologies and tools (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Ensure all project milestones and governance checkpoints are achieved.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Gather and manage project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with clients and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and expectations.

Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings, presentations, and status updates.

Planning, Scheduling & Time Management

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules and plans.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.

Change & Risk Management

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources using established processes.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; implement approved risk responses.

Communication

Develop and implement communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication of project status, risks, and issues.

Process Improvement

Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Identify and implement best practices and process optimizations.

Operational & Administrative Support

Maintain and administer project documentation and collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint).

Ensure all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards.

Provide operational support to project teams and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Strategic Initiatives

Support the implementation of new initiatives and pilot projects.

Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the organization.
