Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CASA products.
Conduct field visits to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions through CASA services.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

0-5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with clients at all levels.
