5-10 years of experience with the following :
1. Programming with knowledge and experience in memory management, multi-threaded programming.
2. Extensive experience with C++. Working knowledge of MFC is an added advantage.
3. Good understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts and clean coding principles.
4. Experience in memory dump analysis.
5. Experience working on large codebases.
6. Experience in troubleshooting Win32 SDK API.
7. Experience with Test Driven Development is an added advantage.

Experience working with Agentic AI tools and using spec-driven development is an added advantage.
