Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage travel expenses, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Prepare accurate and timely expense reports for reimbursement.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support during internal and external audits related to T&E processes.
- Assist with relocation activities as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Travel & Expenses (T&E) process or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).
- Strong knowledge of expense processing, auditing, and relocation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Flexibility to shifts will be mandatory for the role.
