Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Supervise production activities on the shop floor to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and work areas to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems, improve processes, and optimize productivity.
Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and other regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry setting (Candidates from automotive / other nonlifescience industries can be considered).
Strong understanding of clean room design principles and practices.
Experience with CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) procedures.
