We are seeking a highly skilled Python Generative AI Developer to build, optimize, and deploy AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks, and a deep understanding of machine learning, NLP, and prompt engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python
- Build LLM-powered solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic, or similar
- Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques
- Develop backend services and APIs to serve AI models
- Integrate vector databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
- Collaborate with product, data science, and frontend teams
- Ensure AI solutions follow security, privacy, and ethical AI practices
- Deploy and monitor AI services in cloud environments
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
- Solid understanding of NLP concepts
- Experience with REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask)
- Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate)
- Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience using Git & version control
- Understanding of ML lifecycle & model deployment
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP AI services
- Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to fine-tuning LLMs and embeddings
- Frontend integration experience (React / Angular)
- Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices
