SF Compensation consultant . 8 + years experience.We are seeking an experienced Compensation Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the compensation module phase 2 (Including 28 Countries) in SAP SuccessFactors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of our global merit compensation strategy. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Leadership: Oversee the full-cycle implementation of the SuccessFactors Merit review process, from planning and design to testing and deployment. Configuration Expertise: Configure the SuccessFactors Compensation module to align with our global merit processes, policies, and workflows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR leaders and regional teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions. Customization and Integration: Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure integration with existing systems and customizations as needed. Training and Support: Develop user training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective utilization. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment. Continuous Improvement: Analyze post-implementation feedback to optimize system functionality and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Compensation module. Strong understanding of dependencies with other modules like Employee Central, Performance management and Goals management. Good understanding of SuccessFactors Reporting Tools. Strong understanding of global merit compensation processes and best practices. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale HR technology implementations Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels and regions. Familiarity with integration tools and APIs related to SuccessFactors is a plus. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
