About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ab Initio Developer to design and build complex data processing pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in advanced Ab Initio features, including metadata driven development and orchestration through Plans and Conduct>It.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance graphs utilizing core Ab Initio components: Rollup, Scan, Join, Partitioning, and Normalize.
• Implement complex data transformations using Vectors and multi-level lookups.
• Develop dynamic, reusable code using PDL (Parameter Definition Language) and Metaprogramming techniques.
• Orchestrate enterprise-level workflows using Ab Initio Plans and Conduct>It.
• Optimize graph performance and troubleshoot complex data bottlenecks.

Required Technical Skills

• Thorough Development Experience: Proven track record in full-lifecycle ETL development using Ab Initio.
• Core Components: Expert-level mastery of Rollup, Scan, Join, Partitioning, and Normalize.
• Advanced Features: Hands-on experience with Vectors, PDL, and Metaprogramming to build generic, metadata-driven frameworks.
• Orchestration: Extensive experience designing and executing Plans and Conduct>It workflows.
• Express>It: Functional knowledge of Express>It for business-rule implementation and template management.
