Job Description
About the Role
MS Group of Companies is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong experience in Tally, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central), or other ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial data accuracy, ERP entries, and analytical reporting within a fast-growing seed and agri-input business environment.
This position is critical to ensuring smooth financial operations in a multi-company, ERP-driven ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including voucher entries, journal postings, and ledger management
- Handle ERP-based accounting operations in Microsoft Business Central / SAP / Tally or equivalent systems
- Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation across all financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS reports, and data analysis using Excel
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and intercompany accounting
- Support GST compliance, invoicing, and statutory requirements
- Work closely with internal teams for inventory, sales, and purchase accounting integration
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and system-level errors
- Assist in financial planning, reporting, and audit preparation
- Maintain high accuracy and data integrity within ERP systems
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Tally
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced level preferred)
- SAP / Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) or any ERP system
- Experience in data entry, financial analysis, and reporting
- Good understanding of GST, accounting principles, and financial workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Seed Industry / Agri-Input / Agriculture Sector (Highly Preferred)
- Exposure to ERP implementation or ERP-driven organizations
- Experience handling multi-company accounting structures
