Job Description
Position: Training Coordinator Job Location: Vijayawada Experience: 4-6 years Type of Employment: Fulltime
PURPOSE OF ROLE Support the HCL TSS Freshers training program in above mentioned location by facilitating and coordinating training related tasks:
- Check and ensure venue readiness for the training
- Track the candidates joining the program and ensure that they are attending regularly and are using the LMS effectively.
- Ensure sessions for the day are created and attendance is recorded
- Schedule assessment and track it to closure.
- Ensure timely feedback is collected from scholars
- Collate data for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly report
- Support location training Lead, in planning and tracking the Business interaction to closure, and track the actions on the business feedback.
- Monitor Vendor Trainer contribution and training delivery.
- Monitor Delivery Trainers delivery and feedback
KEY QUALIFICATIONS Any Graduation Experience in a similar role for a Minimum of 4 years.
KEY COMPETENCIES DETAILS Essential This role requires the following Competencies and Experience:
Proficiency in English language Communication skill (Written and Spoken)
Professional skills to handle learners and trainers Desirable The following Competencies and Experience would be an advantage in this role:
Practical Application Knowledge in MS Office, especially should be good in Excel Prior experience within a Training operations environment LMS administration
Any IT Skills Programming knowledge, infrastructure, data analytics, etc. Proven ability to influence key decision makers
Working experience as team lead in a delivery environment
