Job Description
Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Job Description:
Echobooom Management Solutions is looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in recruitment, employee engagement, HR coordination, and basic compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Coordinate joining & exit formalities
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Assist in performance tracking and HR reporting
- Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements
- Support engagement activities and internal communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-1 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment
- Good communication skills (English, South Indian Languages preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
