We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices, and a security-aware attitude . This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond basics and is ready to take ownership of components within a modern cloud and hybrid infrastructure.

You will work closely with senior engineers, security teams, and application developers to build reliable, automated, and secure delivery pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Support and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Work with Kubernetes clusters for application deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day operations.
- Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Implement and follow GitOps practices using tools like Argo CD .
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Assist with configuration management and automation using SaltStack and scripting.
- Embed basic security checks into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps practices).
- Help manage secrets, access policies, and secure configurations.
- Solve infrastructure and deployment issues and participate in incident resolution.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams and clearly communicate technical issues and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 4- 6 years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineering .
- Hands-on experience with at least one Cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, services, basic solving).
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline concepts.
- Exposure to GitOps tools such as Argo CD .
- Proficiency in at least one programming language Java preferred .
- Working experience with Terraform .
- Familiarity with SaltStack or similar automation/configuration tools.
- Scripting experience (Shell, Python, etc.).
Security Outlook (Good to have)
- DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC concepts.
- Understanding of container security basics and secure configurations.
- Willingness to learn and adopt security-first engineering practices.
Soft Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills .
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ownership of assigned components and eagerness to learn.
