Your Role

Role Summary The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for end-to-end delivery ownership of enterprise application engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, financial control, and team leadership, with strong technical oversight in .NET and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA, KPI, quality, and compliance adherence. Act as primary client delivery contact and escalation point. Lead service reviews, risk & issue management, and continuous improvement. Provide technical oversight for .NET / .NET Core applications and Azure-based solutions. Ensure alignment with Capgemini architecture, security, and cloud standards. Own financial managementforecasting, cost control, utilization, and margin improvement. Lead and mentor multi-skill delivery teams in Agile environments.

Your Profile

Required Skills Technical Microsoft .NET / .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core) Web APIs, Microservices, SQL Server Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, CI/CD, DevOps) Delivery & Leadership Strong stakeholder communication and escalation management Experience with delivery governance, Agile delivery, and SDLC Proven people and financial management capability.

Experience with enterprise application delivery Prior role as Delivery Manager / Technical Delivery Lead / Engagement Manager preferred.

Also get to participate in internal sports events, yoga challenges, or marathons.
