Role & responsibilities
Job Title: ELK Admin
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc.
YOE: 6+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Job Description:
- Must have a total of 6+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant experience on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) having worked on the below with respect to ELK:
- Installation and Configuration (Cluster Setup)
- Maintenance and Upgrade
- Fixing Vulnerabilities on servers
- Security and Access Control
- Authentication and Authorization
- TLS setup and certificate management
- Firewall Rules
- Monitoring and Alerting
- dashboards, metrics, custom metrics and alerts
- Performance Optimization and Scaling
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- snapshots, backup and DR planning and support
- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Customer support and Escalation (L1, L2 and L3 support)
- Should have expert level experience on Linux administration
- Experience of working with Enterprise Bus Java Framework and Java Naming Directory Interface (JNDI) is preferred.
- Experience of working with eXist Database will be a plus.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- Should have the ability to respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Will have to coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other teams for complex issue resolution.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to implement long-term fixes.
- May require working in shifts or being on-call for production emergencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
