Job Description

Role : Java Developer

Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ HYD/Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Java Associate with strong hands-on development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Java-based application development and modern frameworks, with exposure to microservices and cloud technologies.

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience
• Strong understanding of Core Java (Java 8 and above)
• Proficiency in Spring Framework, including:
• Spring
• Spring Boot
• Spring Data
• Experience with Hibernate, JPA
• Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of Messaging Concepts (Kafka / JMS / RabbitMQ conceptual or hands-on)
• Good understanding of Java 8 features:
• Lambda Expressions
• Streams API
• Functional Programming concepts
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Cloud exposure is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
• Build & consume REST APIs and integrate with external systems
• Apply best practices in coding, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
