Sales Manager @ Prolim

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales team to achieve monthly targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals.
• Develop and maintain strong understanding of company's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing) to stay up-to-date on product development and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 7-18 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CAE/CAD software such as Solid Works or Autocad; proficiency in CAM tools like Master Cam is an asset.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
