Job Description

Role: AI Engineer

Exp range : 4-10 years

Location: Pune/ Kochi

JD:

Must-Have

1. 6+ years in software engineering, with 1-2 years in AI/ML solution delivery.

2. Strong coding in Python; experience with LangChain/AutoGen, FastAPI, and RESTful services.

3. Hands-on with GenAI frameworks, RAG design, vector DBs (Qdrant, MongoDB Atlas), and embedding strategies.

4. Experience with AWS Bedrock, ECS, EC2, Lambda

5. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to coach junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

6. Understanding of containerization (Docker), Kubernetes (EKS), and CI/CD pipelines.

7. Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines) and observability frameworks.

8. Node.js, Next.js
