Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end software development, driving technical excellence, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
  • Drive hiring, goal setting, and performance evaluations
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
  • Project Delivery
  • Oversee the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ensure timely delivery from planning, design, development, testing to deployment
  • Maintain quality standards and adherence to timelines
  • Technical Guidance
  • Provide architectural direction and technical leadership
  • Implement best practices such as code reviews and test-driven development
  • Manage and reduce technical debt
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product management, design, QA, and operations teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable software solutions
  • Risk & Resource Management
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage project priorities
  • Ensure smooth execution within defined budgets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer with progression into leadership/managerial roles
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices
  • Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong mentoring and team-building capabilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with effective conflict-resolution skills

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience in industrial automation, automotive systems, or testing solutions
  • Exposure to real-time systems or embedded software
