As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation workflows and custom integrations, Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and frameworks also experience working with version control systems and end-to-end CI/CD automation tooling.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize robotic process automation solutions for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and tools that complement robotic process automation platforms, also familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, especially in the context of automation integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and other low-code platforms for rapid application development.
- Strong working experience with UiPath, and Power Automate Desktop for process automation.
- Ability to quickly analyse and translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
- Strong background in leading technical teams within a matrix organisation, and experience shaping technical strategies.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 10+ years in Application Development Architecture with significant experience specifically on Microsoft Power Platform other Low code tools with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
