Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers' concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-10 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
  • Ability to work on international calling processes with multiple accents and dialects.
