Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers' concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
1-10 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
Ability to work on international calling processes with multiple accents and dialects.
