Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process management and excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility



  • Manage and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process implementation.

  • Monitor and control process performance metrics to ensure quality standards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or failures.


Job Requirements



  • Strong understanding of process management principles and practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with process improvement tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or Black Belt.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
