Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
User sensitization and provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Hands-on experience in Hardware, Software, and communication applications viz TEAMS, E-Mail support.
