Role & responsibilities


  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good experience in handling End user support
  • Experience with workstation management system and desktop imaging.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • User sensitization and provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  • Hands-on experience in Hardware, Software, and communication applications viz TEAMS, E-Mail support.
  • Technically competent in finding quick fixes, workarounds, while delivering exemplary customer service
  • Team player cooperative and dependable
